Draft documentation on default database schema for Interchange 6

Please note that this describes the _default_ schema. Interchange 6 will be
flexible enough to adjust to your database schema.
This is a very first draft, so I would like to enjoy your comments and
contributions (pull requests please) on this matter.
Tables similar to the ones describe in this POD file are used in several
production sites.
