Authorize.net down

For those of you using Authorize.Net in the US, they have had a fire in
their Seattle data center. An article is here:

They've created a twitter account to keep people informed.

Apparently they are supposed to either be working now (we're still
seeing errors) or up very shortly. Their original estimate for full
functionality was 1p EST.
