Unified image location parsing. Now by default all <img>, <body>, <table>,
and <tr/th/td> tags have images remapped to ImageDir. New pragma
no_image_rewrite disables all image location rewriting.

Also added ImageAlias support for <body>, <table>, <tr/th/td>.

putting in parentheses so you don't get errors (like this ), which sometimes
allows browser to put closing parenthesis on a new line if wrapping happens

Labels are now harvested from tags such as [error std_label="First Name"]
and stored in the user's session; they can then be used in error summaries
after a submit instead of (or in combination with) the show_var attribute
to make a more readable error display.

invalid characters, and blank usernames and passwords.

Keep exact cause of failure secret from web user, but log to error.log
