gpa 0.9.2: Segmentation fault in file-manager mode (bug #1411)

There is a segmentation fault when trying to open the file-manager mode
in gpas latest release because of a variable, that hasn't been adjusted
in file_list_new() in src/fileman.c. The report and simple fix are at
