AEGYPTEN_BRANCH now in Kmail/HEAD

Hi!
This is normally Jan's job, but I guess he simply forgot ;-)
This is to inform you that the KMail/Aegypten branch has been merged with
"normal" KMail/CVS HEAD as of Monday morning. You might want to try it out
(updated built instructions should be in the works as we speak), BUT be aware
of the fact that currently _many, many_ things are simply BROKEN.
We appreciate bug reports (use Help->Report bug... in KMail), though. PLease
check for duplicates first.
