0.3.0 basically compiles on SPARC/Solaris/gcc and debian/i586, but stops at:
Making all in po
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/gis/breiter/gpa/gpa-0.3.0/po'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `../src/help.c', needed by `gpa.pot'. Stop.
There seems to be an additional line in the Makefile.
