Problem How to Use THe Source Code of GNUPG

Hi,

I am the new user of GNUPG. I have downloaded the
source code of GNUPG but can't able to use it. Plz
help me and also plz tell me that from where i can
download the documentation of source code

Documentation is in the source itself as well as in a couple of
documents under doc/. Read README and INSTALL to see how to use it.
