crypto primitives

Is there any documentation available on the methods to extract only
the cryptographic primitives in C language source form from the gpg code
base?

The cipher directory in the libgcrypt or gnupg-1.4 source?

Hi John, thanks for responding;

my understanding is that since libgcrypt is more recent, it
might (or might not) have more algorithms implemented and
more recent fixes and improvements; however due to the code
structure stuff in gpg 1.4 functions with primitives might
be easier to extract and use on their own? Am I essentially
correct?

Marc
