mistaken comment in g10/sign.c refers to --preferred-digest-prefs, should be --personal-digest-prefs

the attached patch corrects a comment describing hash_for() in
g10/sign.c. the comment refers to --preferred-digest-prefs, but it
appears to mean --personal-digest-prefs.
