BUG: gpg 1.4.9 crashes when creating ELG keys with sign and encrypt capability in batch mode

I think you're not supposed to use ElGamal keys that can sign and
encrypt, but GPG shouldn't crash in any case. This crash happens
consistently.

C:\> gpg --batch --gen-key
Key-Type: RSA
Key-Usage: sign
Subkey-Type: ELG-E
Subkey-Usage: encrypt sign
Name-Real: Joe Blow
^Z
gpg: keysize invalid; using 1024 bits
gpg: NOTE: you should run 'diskperf -y' to enable the disk statistics

....+++++
gpg: keysize invalid; using 1024 bits
.+++++.+++++.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++.++++++++++..+++++++++++++
+++++++.+++++.+++++..++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++.++++++++++>+++++.
+++++++++^^^

gpg: Ohhhh jeeee: no sign() for 16
secmem usage: 2624/3584 bytes in 8/14 blocks of pool 3872/32768

Well, at least it is a controlled termination. I suppose the idea is
that the caller has already checked the input.

Thanks,
Marcus
