localtime link removed

I set the link from my timezone fiel to /etc/localtime. But after each
reboot the link is removed and /etc/localtime is replaced with a
"normal" file. Resulting in my 'puter clock falling hours behind "real
time".

How do I fix that?

Try to create a symlink again with

]# ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/YOURZONE /etc/localtime

and then be sure that your /etc/rc.conf file have this line:

CLOCK="local"

HTH,
Ciao..
