Hi, i forward to you a snip of a message i've received from solar, regarding
the document in object.
He already have removed it from CVS, see
here

Can you tell me where it's linked in from? Or just remove any references
to the link. Infra moved to using a wiki internally. And that
documentation was never intended for anybody other than other infra ppl.
