metasploit help

Hello all,

I am using Metasploit 3.0 framework in order to know deeply this tool, I
have already read the user guide and test it for a while in a lab
enviroment.

db_nmap is use with sqlite database but i guess there is plenty of
things i miss.

Do you know any usefull guide to deal with that?

Add exploits, payloads, addons....and how to use deeply all.
