the Resume input plugin

the Resume input plugin

As there is some interest in the Resume input plugin,
i will have a go at upgrading it to use the Locationmap.
This should form a better base for further improvements.

Okay that is done now in r1076070 (and see FOR-726).

The Resume plugin needs some improved samples.
For example it does not demonstrate (and so test) the
abilities to aggregate "team" information and to
show "skills" etc.
