retry time not reached for any host after a long failure period

Except that this happens almost right away. Not sure what's causing it.

# ------ ----- -------

\N^abuse@.*$\N * F,1h,15m
\N^.*-feed@.*$\N *
*@dbm;/etc/exim/control/run/alllocal.db * F,1h,5m; F,1w,1h

# This is the default configuration

* * F,2h,15m; G,1d,1h,1.5; F,7d,3h

So, have you tried using exinext to get some more information ?
