All locally inbound email will be filtered by SpamAssassin and ClamAV That is achievable with Exim, and I'd expect cPanel to let you configure it, but this isn't a cPanel mailing list. cPanel provides the GUI for your server, and I'm afraid I don't have familiarity with either the GUI or with the configuration files that it interfaces with. > 3. It may not be configurable with cPanel, since it's an unusual requirement.
