unrouetable address

/var/log/exim4/mainlog showing error unrouetable address .I am using debian 3.1 sarge . How can i rectify this problem any authentication problem.

That means Exim doesn't know how to route that address.
Try
exim -d -bt (address that is failing)
and see what it says.
