Mail Spooling

How do I setup my exim server to be a mail spool for another mail server?

Ie:

Mail comes into my server, is spoooled and forwarded on to the remote mail
server for deliver. If the remote mail server is not available it is held in
the queue until it can be delivered.

Thanks!

That is exim's default mode of operation. In fact, I have never seen
an MTA that operates differently.
