[admin] Why didn't bugzilla#1192 end up on exim-dev?

Hello,

just wondering: Was bugzilla#1192 not cced to exim-dev intentionally
(perhaps because I selected component DKIM) or was there a (temporary)
error?

The -dev list isn't explicitly cc'd in that bug. No idea why, but without that there won't be any emails to this list!
