easy fix for IPv6 SPF checks
I attached an easier fix for IPv6 checking for libspf2. I think it's not
necessary to check for HAVE_IP6 here since the libspf2 function is always
available.
May I ask the maintainers to include one of these patches in the next release
and change state from "wishlist" to "bug"?
