With the DNSDB lookup type, create an additional "fail_nodata" keyword to go
before the option type, so that a successful lookup yielding no data is
converted into a fail.
This item was initially suggested in the comments of bug 847 by Phil Pennock. I
have separated it out into this new wishlist item.
