4.70: Copyright notice

Hi,

Exim 4.70 shows:

exim -bV
Exim version 4.70 #1 built 16-Nov-2009 13:53:55
Copyright (c) University of Cambridge 2006

The copyright notice should be updated to 2009. I seem to remember that
Philip Hazel said he had a script which went through everything (source
code, docs etc), and updated all the copyright notices in one go.

John.

Perhaps it should be something BSD like:
"This product includes software developed by the University of
Cambridge and its contributors."
