Substitution KOI8-R on UTF8

Hello everybody!
Please give me your advice.
How I can replace data coding in incoming massages from KOI8-R to UTF-8.
May be it is possible using some script or it is possible add new parameter
in exim.conf file.
I will be very grateful for any help.
