Add 2 additional build targets to seperate daemon & utils
Makes sense, easy to do, shouldn't break anything.
Created 2 extra build targets but kept the original the same
make util - builds just the utils
make daemon - builds just the daemon
no changes to make install - are they needed?
This needs to be tested on other platforms than Linux-i386.
