I've just tried to compile with DKIM support on Ubuntu Interpid and it failed
unless I removed setting dkim_verify_options->nCheckPolicy and
dkim_verify_options->pfnPolicyCallback in lines 124 and 128 of dkim-exim.c.
These two seem to have been removed from libdkim's DKIMVerifyOptions structure
in version 1.0.17.
