Second candidate for 4.52 release

A number of issues came up with the previous snapshot. All that I know
about have been fixed. There's now a new snapshot in

ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/Testing/exim-snapshot.tar.gz
ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/Testing/exim-snapshot.tar.gz.sig

which is the new candidate for a 4.52 release. Please test. I intend
to release it at the end of this week.

What do you think about doing release candidate versions? The
previous snapshot would have been 4.52rc1, this would be 4.52rc2, etc.
The file names and the binary would have those rc version numbers.
Gets kind of confusing sometimes :)

Yes, I probably should do something more organized like that in future.
Will try to do better.
