A new set of binaries for Win32 Ethereal is available for download.
This new version is labeled "0.8.14.1"
The previous version, 0.8.14, was missing the MGCP DLL plugin. However,
even if it had been supplied, there was a bug which would have kept
it from working (a bug which affected only the Win32 version).
Version 0.8.14.1 provides the MGCP plugin, fixes the bug, and brings
Ethereal up to date to the CVS archive (as of the time of this e-mail).
