Updated Ethereal 0.10.0 sources now available

The Ethereal 0.10.0 source distribution was missing several new help
files that are needed to compile the Ethereal application. A new source
distribution (0.10.0a) has been released that includes these files.
The rest of the source distribution has not been changed. New releases
of the Windows and Solaris installers will not be made; they already
include the new help file contents.
