Win32 Binaries for Ethereal 0.8.19

The self-installing Win32 binary for Ethereal 0.8.19 is now
available at:
http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/ethereal-setup-0.8.19.exe
It contains Ethereal, Tethereal, editcap, text2pcap, and mergecap. It also
contains the requisite GTK and GLIB DLLs.
As always, if you wish to capture packets, you must install WinPcap 2.1:
