This was a very helpful suggestion, and the script was instructive. I
followed the advice, although not with the script that Mr. Lyons
suggested. I have written up the details at

I wanted to write to Richard Lyons to thank him directly, but his
address has stopped working and he has not posted to this list since
October 2006. Does anyone know how I can reach him?
