I checked my backup server, you are right... all my 'lost' data was there... my fault was so stupid...

Thanks! Just what we needed to see.
This basically confirms Lars' suspicions: Your nodes are caught in a
perpetual split brain condition with diverging data sets.
You need to resolve that.
