I fixed that one now I believe. Not so tricky after all. Simply a
matter of re-reading the RFC parts involved: UID commands should
basically never return a BAD if the sequence numbers don't exists.

thank you very much, with the latest HEAD commit i am pretty
unable to trigger a "invalid sequence" error and my RAID10
is making noises never heard while testing :-)

i start now heavy tests on different clients and thinking
loudly to migrate the first production server today

AFAIK the most perfect dbmail ever at the moment
