mailing list server IP changed?
|
|
Since Mar 4 19:38:16 MET (UTC+1) I receive these messages in our mailserver log: 550 5.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your reverse hostname, [213.214.111.4]; from=<dbmail-bounces[at]mailman.fastxs.nl> to=<michael.monnerie[at]is.it-management.at> proto=ESMTP helo=<dbmail01.icns.fastxs.net> Did the host change? Obviously yes. Could someone at fastxs please add a reverse IP for the mailserver? That's pretty much needed nowadays, and we also check that, just like GMX for example does. mfg zmi -- // Michael Monnerie, Ing.BSc ----- http://it-management.at // Tel: 0660 / 415 65 31 .network.your.ideas. // PGP Key: "curl -s http://zmi.at/zmi.asc | gpg --import" // Fingerprint: AC19 F9D5 36ED CD8A EF38 500E CE14 91F7 1C12 09B4 // Keyserver: wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net Key-ID: 1C1209B4 _______________________________________________ DBmail mailing list DBmail[at]mailman.fastxs.nl http://mailman.fastxs.nl/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/dbmail
