Hi, I've written a patch for pop3 and imap to rewrite usernames similar to this request, it reduced support emails/calls/tickets by 25% :P. Perhaps this could be a configurable option? Very trivial fix afaict, was something I meant to mention a few years ago! STRIP_APPENDED_DOMAIN=yes Just my two pennies! Thanks for all your suggestions on my last question. Now I have another question. Is there a way to specify dbmail pop/imap to ignore domain suffixes when users try to login with their email address as the username? As an example we have a user called jhenry and this user tries to login as jhenry[at]domain.com . Can dbmail be set to ignore the domain suffix so that login works?
