Summary: possible IMAP-problem Outlook 2007
Description:
i have attached a archive with dbmail-debug-log and two screenshots
i am currently testing out the latest GIT head

Outlook 2003/2012/Thunderbird are fine
Outlook 2007 does not show new messages in the inbox
i moved a existing one with another client to a different folder and
after that Outlook 2007 showed the message, moving it back to inbox
with Outlook 2007 - yes it is moved - but no way, praying, rain dance, it
will never ever display the message again in the inbox as well as the new
test message
copy the whole folder to the production server running dbmail
22b964b653ba149b63b9b6787aeac7803c2121e5 seems to be not affected
from this - hopefully paul is able to guess what is going on here
by the debug-log
