Summary: unconnected physmessages and mimeparts after DELETE
Description:
When dbmail-util has deleted messages with DELETE status or I have ran
'dbmail-users -e <username>' command, I get several unconnected
physmessages and -mimeparts on next run of 'dbmail-util -ay'. It seems that
DELETE query executed by dbmail-util or dbmail-users hits only to the
dbmail_messages table but leaves other tables unaffected. On the next run
of dbmail-util problem is fixed (message remainings from other tables are
deleted) but gives ugly impression that there is something wrong.
dbmail-util also prints wrongly the time spent when repairing unconnected
physmessages.
