Howdy Paul,
Decided to insert this report here. Below it's what i wrote on email.
Attached both files.

Before the upgrade to >= 2.3.6, this worked OK.
A report message from MantisBT is wrong displayed on MSO2007 and others.
The strange is that, on MSO2007 it just suppresses the non-ascii chars,
but in RoundCube for example I can see them OK.
Before the upgrade (were using 2.3.2), this worked OK on both sides.

Paul, something more for this.
On MSO2007, in the msg preview, the from field with us-ascii encoding is
not well displayed.
i'm attaching screenshot and raw msg for you to analyze.
