Summary: Sieve fileinto sometimes fails
Description:
Sieve doesn't treat certain messages/match, ex:

Attach there's a raw message that wasn't treated by sieve.

attached there's the RAW message.
attached there's also two scripts that the user has, one active and other
inactive.
I explain details inside the file.

Right after i wrote this, another message was received, that was a reply to
that message subject.
Attached with name "squid sieve 2.txt".
