Migrating from old 2.2x format to mimeparts

Hi there Paul/Jon,
After migrating all messages from the old storage engine, when running the
nightly dbmail-util to clean messages, it still show's:
Repairing DBMAIL physmessage integrity...
Ok. Found [88] unconnected physmessages.
Ok. Orphaned physmessages deleted.
Nightly commands are:
/usr/local/sbin/dbmail-util -d -y
/usr/local/sbin/dbmail-util -p -y
/usr/local/sbin/dbmail-util -ty
My question is, after moving all messages to the new format, mimeparts,
should this happen?
