Web Client?

Hi All,

We're just deploying DAViCal. I think we'd like a web client, so
users can access their calendars even if they don't have their desktop,
laptop, phone, tablet, what-have-you available. I'm currently
researching what's available. Kind of wondering what people like. (So
far CalDavZAP looks interesting.)

Thanks,
Jim

CalDavZAP should be fully compatible, but I have not yet tried it (I
really should).

I have a running instance of AgenDAV.org, but it spawns errors every
time I open it up. Hence it is not really in use (although I like it's
interface very much)

The DAViCal-package has some client-code, so you can script your own
client (that one is also on my to do list, not to make a full calendar,
but to display some info in my own office)

Technically, CalDavZAP is the best. It takes a long time to start up,
though. (25 seconds on my reasonably fast workstation. Once started, it
is fast).

AgenDAV is quite nice, but lacks a number of features and often chokes
on iCal data that is not quite exactly what it expects. Hence the errors
you see.

I you don't mind the startup time, CalDavZAP is the way to go.

I guess so! 35 seconds on my Intel Core2 Duo at 3GHz. Wow. And if
you forget yourself and click reload/refresh, you get to wait through
it all over again.

Now trying to figure out how to get it to see other calendars.

Regards,
Jim
