Broken bugtracker

Hi,

In the davical interface there's a link to sourceforge, to create new
bugs, under Help. It points to
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=add&group_id=179845&atid=890785

I need to login to sourceforge first to be able to use that. Now comes
the catch, after filling out every required field and hitting 'add
artifact' I get:
"Artifact: Only Artifact Admins Can Modify Private ArtifactTypes"

So I'm not sure where to report the bug that the bugtracker is bugged ;-)

still broken :-(

Now it says: 403: read access required.
