Or maybe some cluster > feature that could be used? There is a caldav sync script in Git which will theoretically work to sync a DAViCal calendar to an external caldav calendar. It's not really widely tested, but I believe some people are using it OK. I think a good solution would be for someone to read and understand what it is doing and write a new script, as it has been written in a somewhat "stream of consciousness" manner.
