ldap uniqueMember field support for group membership

Hi.
Please consider this patch that allows use of the uniqueMember LDAP
field group membership in the synchronization script.
uniqueMember has DN in it instead of plain user name, so it has to be parsed.

Please, let me know if you have issues with the patch. I would try to
fix them to get the patch accepted.
