Create user automatically

Hi to all,
I'm developing an iOS application that uses the DaviCal to store the
calendars for different users.
My question is if there is anyway to create users automatically
without using the Davical frontend.
eg. The users introduces all the required fields for my app and when
he creates an account this will send the data for davical and creates
an user account.
Don't know if this is a common question if it is please send me some
information.
