Support for higher baudrates like 230400, 460800, 921600 ?

Hi,

is there a way to make conserver support higher
baudrates like 230400, 460800, 921600 ? Currently
I'm getting an error here and 115200 seems to be
the limit. However, my USB/Ser converter can
do more quite nicely.
