conserver-8.1.4 is available

Somehow, somewhere, I broke a few of the client options. Sorry about that. This release fixes them and adds a new configure option --with-uds. This causes conserver to use Unix domain sockets instead of IP sockets for client/server communication. You can find more details on this in the INSTALL file and conserver manpage. version 8.1.4 (Apr 13, 2004): - fixed macro use in manpages to hopefully be more compatible - removed extra newline of --MARK-- range output - fixed bug where server -b option wasn't working - reported by Nathan R. Hruby <nhruby [at] uga> - fixed client segfault when using -R, -t, -d, and -b options - added a --with-uds configure option to have all client/server communication happen via unix domain sockets - suggested by William P LePera <lepera [at] us> Bryan Stansell
