CS Anti-Virus 0.1.2.b Beta Release

Hi,
We've released the new 0.1.2.b CS Anti-Virus with the "Libclamav 0.96" core engine.

- It solve the issue on new CVD database format.
- Now scanning also the archive files (zip, rar, etc...)
- Correct the license type... now is GNU/GPL
This is a intermadiate version before of 0.2.0 release (work in progress) write in C# with a new gui and new features.
