What the permissions to use the database of malware?

What the permissions to use the database of malware?

There are 2 files database of virus, my question is what can be done
with them: Use, modify, and distribute?

The GPL applies to the database or to the program only?

What license database?

And just a curiosity.

I also have same questions.

Can I use databases info and data in my scan engine (small Master Work
application)?

It is best to ask this question directly from the developers at clamav. They do not
respond in this mail list.
