Debug release not working on Windows Server 2003

Debug release not working on Windows Server 2003

I installed the latest (5-Oct-2007) debug version on Windows Server 2003,
and now I get an error starting clamd:

The application has failed to start because pthreadVC2.dll was not found.
Reinstalling the application may fix this error.

But reinstalling does not seem to fix it.

Did you install pthreadvc2.dll as described on w32.clamav.net?
