How to compile clamav with cygwin?

Hello everyone!
I hope to use libclamav on windowsXX,has anybody help me?

ClamWin is NOT cygwin already.
It may be considered as native port, as it uses binaries from NetFarm. (
http://oss.netfarm.it/clamav/)
Anyway, depends what the man wants: working version for Windows (then it can
get ClamWin or NetFarm binaries), or exactly cygwin compiled (then I suppose
someone must tell him what to do)

I hope to use libclamav as a plug.but i can't compiled it on win32.

Note that you can not legally link to any clamav libraries/binaries
unless your program is GPL compatible. If you are making a non-GPL
compatible program, you can call clamdscan or clamscan or similiar
separately (ie: execute /usr/bin/clamscan %1 %2 %3), but not directly
interact with libclamav
